At SJC Custom Drums, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your drums or accessories in their original shipping containers with all internal padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Gear
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
